Thank you for shopping with Differ & Deeper. Below you’ll find important information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery terms.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 48–72 hours after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
U.S. Standard Shipping : Free
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You may track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us at differndeeper.us@gmail.com and include your order number and tracking number for faster assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Differ & Deeper is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier investigation.
If you require signature confirmation, please contact us prior to shipment.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this window, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs processing delays. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees imposed by their country.
If a package is refused and returned to us, any shipping or customs fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, in original packaging, and include any complimentary items.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a resolution accordingly.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact differndeeper.us@gmail.com.
We will email you a prepaid return label. The item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Refunds & Fees
Refunds to the original payment method incur a $10 return shipping fee.
Store credit or exchanges do not incur a return shipping fee.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Partial Returns
If only part of an order is returned, the refund will be adjusted proportionally.
If a free gift is not included in the return shipment, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive return activity.
